Alright, so I need to develop more of plan on promoting the current service I am marketing. For the past week I have been focusing on gaining JV partners. This focus will not go away and must continue on. So far, I have JV partners totaling about 12,000 subscribers. I need more. These JV partners have not promoted my service yet (I have asked them not to until I tell them to).

There are, however, other ways I can market my service. So, I am coming up with a plan to further increase traffic to my site. I know you all probably want to know what site (service) I am constantly talking about, but I will tell you in a few weeks, or maybe if you’re lucky, a few days. I have my reasons

Here’s my 30 day plan:

1. Gain JV partners totaling 50,000 subscribers (100,000 by the end of this year).
2. Write and submit 1 article each day to Ezinearticles.com, totaling 30 articles in the end.
3. Create a splash page specifically designed for traffic exchanges and surf the exchanges.

Before anybody tries to kick me in the butt for wanting to surf traffic exchanges to get hits to my website, they must realize that my goal is not to make money directly from these traffic exchange visitors. I simply want them to opt-in to my autoresponder.

I want my end result to be me having several subscribers opt-in to my autoresponder. I will post progress checks every couple of days, so be sure to come back often if you want to know if my plan is working.

The deadline for completion is Nov. 9th.

So, I’m pretty much DONE programming the project I have been working on and the free report that comes with the project is almost done as well. I am so excited that I am WAY ahead of schedule for release.

Over the next couple weeks I will be seeking joint ventures with other Internet marketers to help me with the launch of my new service. My new service is completely free. I will never charge a dime for my service. I can’t wait to actually release it to the public!

Over the past 48 hours I have been in contact with a few individuals willing to help me promote my service. With their help, I’m confident this launch will be VERY successful. I still have many more people to contact so I still have a lot of work ahead of me, but I look forward to it. Having the right mindset can make a huge difference, and a positive mindset is exactly what I have.

Joint ventures are extremely powerful. If you have a product of your own, you should seriously look into this type of marketing.

It was only a couple days ago since my last post when I finally decided to stay focused on just one project for now. When that project is complete, I can then move on to my other ideas (one at a time, of course).

I’ve had a ton of progress. It’s absolutely amazing. In my last post I said that I wanted to get my project done by the end of next month (October 2008). Well, it looks like I’m at the very least on track. In fact, it looks like this project may be done a couple weeks before that. This, however, does not include the time I plan on marketing my service/product. I am confident though that marketing this project shouldn’t be way too much work. I think it’ll actually be relatively easy.

The progress so far:

• Most of the web pages are complete.
• The back-end system is 70% complete.
• Promotional material is 75% complete.
• Manual is 75% complete.

All of this progress has been made since Thursday night. I haven’t really worked much on the project this weekend so far, but Thursday and Friday, I probably spent about 10 hours working on the project. That’s not really a whole lot of time, but I’m amazed with how much focus can really get done. 10 hours of being focused and having your eyes set on a goal can make a ton of difference.

I know that some of you out there have ideas of your own too. Get started on them, and when you do get started on them, stay focused on them. Don’t give up because you have a new idea that comes to your mind. Write the new idea down and put it on the back burner until you finish whatever project you started on first.

Secondly, create a deadline for your projects. It’s easy to say you will get something done if you’re given all the time in the world to do it. Tell yourself that you need to get X done in Y amount of time. Supervise yourself and make sure you make your own deadlines. It can make a huge difference. Trust me.

Have you ever had an idea you knew would be big? If not, I feel sorry for you; really I do. It’s a great feeling.

So, you start working on that idea and then in the process you think of another great idea; an even better one, or so you think. Then another idea pops up, then another, another…and so on and so forth. Eventually months go by and not one of your ideas have been completed. The end result: wasted time, effort, and money.

That has been me for a while. I’ve come up with some clever ideas (not all original, but some are) and I haven’t completed any of them. I know that if I completed them, they would make me some good money. I just keep moving from one project to the next. Well, now it’s time for that to end. So, I have all of these great ideas in my head and I think I know which one is the best. So, I’m publicly announcing that I will be focusing on that one idea for now. When it’s complete, I’ll move on to the next.

All of my ideas focus on helping a beginner or even seasoned pro make money on the internet. No, I’m not writing an ebook, but rather I want to develop services that can benefit everybody. The great thing about these services is that I want them to be free.

Now I’m sure you would like to know what ideas I have, but I’m not going to release any details publicly yet. I wouldn’t want anybody stealing these ideas. I will say this though: when I complete any of these projects, you will know about it. I’m not too far away from releasing my first service to the public. It will be totally free and I’m confident it will launch with great success. I’m hoping to have it complete by the end of next month or sooner.

Trust me, you will love this service I am coming out with. It will be so easy to use and I’m very confident that you can make some very nice money using it. It is based off of an already existing service, but I made one improvement that makes my service 10 times more powerful and profitable for you.
